  • In our

    studio apartment in Kolkata

    extra bedding per person above occupancy for respective rooms is priced at Rs.800 per night. The stay for children under the age of six is free, children falling between the age group of 6-11 is priced at Rs.500 per night and above 12 yrs will be priced at Rs.800 per night.
  • The mentioned pricing excludes the servicetax service apartments in Kolkata. Service tax is charged @15% as per government’s policies. There will be no service charge if rooms or apartments are booked for more than 3 months in Olive

  • For minimum, 7 nights weekly rentals are applicable, for any further extension the rent will be calculated on pro-rata basis. And monthly stay will be calculated as per 28 nights stay, the further extension will be on pro-rata basis.
  • A refundable damage deposit for all the rooms & apartments has to be submitted which will be refunded at the time of checkout.
  • In our
    weekend apartments
    the rentals are billed in advance, which is inclusive for 24-hour power backup, 24-hour power backup, housekeeping (floor & toilets), Cooking Gas, Water supply, Tata Sky TV, Wi-fi, linen changes and all flat maintenance. The electricity is charged as per the usage.
  • Cancellation fees - If the booking is cancelled 15 days before check-in date, No cancellation charges will be applied. If the booking is cancelled within 15 days of on-boarding day, 50% cancellation charges will be levied . There will be no refund of rental if booking is cancelled or modified later in all residences.
